All diamonds above 0.30 CT come with IGI or GIA certificates as standard. Diamonds below 0.30 CT come with our in-house grading report. GIA certification is available on request for any stone.

Coloured stones are certified by GRS (Gemmological Research Switzerland), Gübelin Gem Lab, AGL (American Gemological Laboratories), or GIA depending on the stone and buyer preference. Origin reports are available for premium stones.

Yes. All IGI and GIA certified diamonds above 0.50 CT are laser-inscribed with their certificate number on the girdle. This provides verifiable traceability for every stone.

All shipments are packed in tamper-proof secure pouches. High-value consignments are shipped via Brinks armoured courier. Every shipment is insured at full declared value. Tracking is shared in real-time via WhatsApp and email.

We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Kimberley Process Certificate (for diamonds), Certificate of Origin, and country-specific customs declaration forms. GST-registered exporter under India DGFT.

We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), Letter of Credit (LC at sight), and third-party Escrow. New buyers pay 100% advance. Established accounts with KYC approval may qualify for net-30 or 50/50 terms.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the stone or jewellery does not match the certificate or agreed specifications. Stones must be returned in original condition with the certificate. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Yes. We manufacture bespoke jewellery for retailers and designers worldwide. Provide a CAD file, sketch, or reference image and we'll produce a 3D render for approval before manufacturing. Delivery 3–5 weeks from approved design.

Absolutely. You can specify the exact stone grade, origin, and certification you require. We source the stone to your spec, set it in your chosen metal and design, certify the finished piece, and export it ready for retail.

Standard pieces from our catalogue: 5–7 business days. Custom designed pieces: 3–5 weeks from approved design. Bulk production orders (50+ pieces): 6–10 weeks depending on complexity.
